Cyber-farting for real!
Dealing with your exes could get quite dirty. But this bizarre incident pushes all the limits as the woman gets into a farting competition with her ex’s ex! As vulgar as it may sound, it is true to its nature. Imagine the prosecutions in court discussing a woman’s farts! Here’s what the incident was all about.
Rhiannon Evans, a 25-year-old Welsh woman from Gwynedd, has been held guilty of being involved in the first-ever case of ‘cyber-farting’ in the UK. It has been reported that Evans has been sending a series of such ‘fart selfies’ to her boyfriend’s former girlfriend over a rift going on between the two with regard to child contact. This behavior is causing stress and anxiety along with fear of safety to the latter, named Deborah Prytherch.
Evans recently appeared before the court after her videos were prosecuted. The clips show Evans recording herself passing gas in front of the camera which is both “inappropriate” and “grossly offensive.” It was explained how in the first video, the 25-year-old is seen “placing the camera on her bottom and passing the wind” as she reportedly smirks at the camera after the act. Over a period of a few days, Evans has been sending several such videos to Prytherch which is quite ‘indecent’. The victim’s lawyer even claimed that Evans was drunk at the time when she sent the fart selfies.
Apparently, the distressing clips have made Prytherch feel unsafe at home. She mentioned that ‘Evans wanted to send those videos because she felt she was being treated unfairly’. The victim went on to call those acts ‘malicious’ because Evans was seen smiling at the end of the video as she found it hilarious but Prytherch felt otherwise. The entire act has been declared ‘harassing’ as Evans has pleaded guilty and is given a community order. Despite being ‘warned by the police’, the woman continued to send the clips to the victim resulting in legal proceedings. Eventually, Evans has been arrested and has been given a 12-month community order after admitting to the acts. She is also slapped with some fines and compensation worth £100.
However, Evans has a different story! She feels she is being dealt with unfairly as she has done something ‘petty’. She believes that “the sentence is a bit excessive and dramatic.” She said, “I never thought farting would land me in court! I think we are living in a very ‘snowflake’ generation. I have learned my lesson and I do have regrets but to be honest, I never thought I’d be here for something petty.” Besides, the woman is imposed with 15 rehabilitation sessions, 60 days alcohol abstinence monitoring, and a 2-year restraining order against contacting Prytherch, the victim.
